What should we send?

Redacted bank or provider statements, or an export of your conversions for the last 6 to 12 months.

Date and time of each conversion
Currency pair, and which currency was bought and which sold
Amount and the currency it is in
The rate applied
Fees, receiving charges and any intermediary bank deductions you can see
Value date

What should we leave out?

Anything about policyholders, insureds, claimants or your clients. No policyholder data is needed or wanted.

Names or details of policyholders, insureds or claimants
Policy numbers, claim references and bordereaux
Account numbers and counterparty names, which you can black out
Bank log-ins, passwords or security codes. We will never ask for them.
Client payment instructions. We never make or change payments.

Confidentiality

InsuranceFX, a trading name of Introvisory Ltd, undertakes that:

we will use your conversion data only to prepare your cost review;
we will not share it with any provider or other third party in a form that identifies your firm, your clients or your insureds without your written consent;
files are encrypted when they arrive and only the people preparing your review can open them;
if a file contains policyholder or claimant personal data by mistake, we will delete it and ask you for a redacted copy;
we will delete the data within 90 days of receipt, or sooner if you ask;
a signed non-disclosure agreement is available on request before you upload.
